Who is the Urban Health Check for?
For everyone who wants to do something for their health. The Check Up is particularly popular with people who have little time and are looking for individual solutions that suit them. Also young people who live healthy but do not want to do without everything. In addition, people who are burdened by family history, lifestyle or other external factors and want to check their state of health regularly.
What health markers are tested during the check-up?
You will be tested for temperature, blood pressure, waist circumference, blood cholesterol, BMI & body fat, lung function, oxygen saturation, ECG, sleep disorder risk, burnout risk, depression risk and musculoskeletal risk.
How will the Health Check help me?
Your individual cardiovascular risk (risk of developing heart or circulatory disease) and other risk factors are calculated and explained. Your app-based personal health plan will then give you specific challenges that match your risk profile and other personal factors, and help you to prevent them. Your Urban Health Check can detect potential health problems at an early stage and give you the tools to prevent chronic diseases before they occur.
What is the procedure for the Urban Health Check on-site?
To avoid waiting times and other inconveniences, book your 30-minute appointment in advance. Once there, you'll take all the tests using our health kit. Our medical team is on hand throughout to support you, answer any questions and provide advice. Your results and personalised programme are available directly in the app.
Where does the Urban Health Check take place?
The Urban Health Check takes place at our pop-up locations across Germany, as well as in Amsterdam and London. If you can't find your location, please contact us at info@healthcaters.ai and we'll see what we can do.
Are there any costs other than the cost of the individual plans?
No, there are no other hidden costs. You pay what you see on the checkout page when you place your order.
What is the cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation up to 5 days before the Urban Health Check, the entire participation fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the event, 50% will be refunded. After that time, we regret that we can no longer offer a refund.
We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards, Paypal, Apple and Google Pay.
All your data is stored on servers located in Germany and we only work with GDPR compliant providers within the EU. Also the servers used are ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
Your data is stored securely, so it is only accessible to you through the combination of your email and password. We anonymize and store your data without any connections to your identity for the purpose of research - to make health risk assessments even more accurate for you and everyone else who wants to live a long and healthy life.
Is my data shared with a doctor?
You are always in charge of your data. Your data won't be shared with your doctor unless you want bring it with you and share it yourself.
You can always request to delete your data within the app if you change your mind about sharing it. The data that was anonymized will remain in the databank, since we will not have any way to trace it back to you, and, therefore, won't be able to delete it.
Do I need to follow any guidelines in preparation for the screening?
You don‘t require fasting or any special diet, that means, you can eat and drink before doing the screening.
