Simply share the email with the booking link with your employees. Upon booking their slots, they will instantly be able to download the app, create their accounts and complete the onboarding questionnaire, which will help us to personalize their health risk assessment.

How does the Company Health Day work?
You give us a room in your office for a day and we take care of everything else. We provide communication materials such as email templates and flyers, set up the room, conduct health assessments, offer personalised health programmes and ensure a memorable experience. Employees will leave the experience having learned more about their current health status while being given the tools they need to improve it.
What kind of room do I need to provide for the Health Day?
We require a room that can accommodate a desk and a chair and offers privacy. It can be a conference room, meeting room, or even a call room.
What kind of professionals conduct the health assessments?
Our medical team will be on site at all times to assist with the screenings and to provide advice and support if employees have any questions about general health issues or individual results.
In addition to the one-off price, are there any added costs?
No, there are no hidden costs. You pay a fixed price of €2990, all inclusive. This fixed price covers all the services and benefits provided, meaning unlimited screenings for your employees for one day.
Do all employees get a personalized program?
Yes, all employees who attend the Health Day will receive an app-based personalised programme. Our 6-week health programmes are based on real health data collected during the assessment, as well as the employee's family history, pre-existing conditions and lifestyle. The programme consists of daily challenges in the areas of nutrition, physical activity and mindfulness, and is smartly designed to help your employees take daily healthy actions to reduce their health risks and make lasting lifestyle changes.
My company has several locations, how does it work?
Our recommendation is to start with your largest site and then gradually expand to other sites. It's important to note that the fixed price is for a single Health Day, but during our initial discussion we can explore specific scenarios and potential solutions tailored to your needs.
Do you have a plan for remote employees?
Yes, we offer home health plan that are focused on employees working remotely. We can discuss the set-up in our first call.
How can we measure the success and impact of the Health Day?
One week after the Health Day, you will receive a summary report with the Health Day statistics, as well as happy employees and grateful managers. We also recommend that you repeat the Health Day so that employees can see how their health parameters have improved.
